AIM2 Assessment forYoung Males who display Sexually Harmful Behaviour

 

A two day course: aimed at providingdelegates with the necessary knowledge, understanding and skills to undertakean AIM2 assessment and plan appropriate intervention in respect of young maleswho display sexually harmful/offending behaviour.

Objectives:

  v     Develop knowledge ofcurrent research and theoretical models in this field;

v     Develop knowledge ofcurrent research and theoretical models in this field;

v     Develop skills inassessment of risk, strength and need using the AIM2 assessment model;

v     Develop skills inconstructing and producing reports and recommendations for intervention andongoing work.

Target audience: Managers andpractitioners in Children’s Services, Voluntary Organisations, Youth OffendingTeams, practitioners in Health Settings and other relevant agencies whoundertake assessments of young males who display sexually harmful behaviour.
